RUGBY CANADA: RUGBY 101

This RJ Cares month join your fellow Life Well Lived team to learn how to play rugby in support of the U20 Women’s Rugby Team! This will be a fun rugby 101 class where the coach and players will teach us how to play and then you can try your hand in some friendly touch matches. This is a great way to connect with our corporate sponsorship of Rugby Canada and get active with your colleagues.
